When you go to reserves and you ask guides about which Tiger is larger, usually you get a convoluted answer, but the most reasonable ones usually say they are to close to tell unless one of the tigers is an exception, without a doubt, one of those Tigers is the Tarzan male of Pench. Now I don't know how he compares to Kanha Males but I do know that every guide who has seen him and the others males of Pench all say the same thing with much certainty, "he's the largest Cat in pench, bar none!"
He's easily one of my favorites and seeing him photographed this year after a long absence makes me happy. His photos are below after Mat. Just saw Tigers of Kanha facebook page, looks like Munna was gravely injured in a territorial fight. he looks weak and limping bad, this might be the end of him.. fingers crossed, I hope he somehow makes it.

That's bad, he's old which means he'll deteriorate quickly, the inability to hunt could be his downfall at this stage of his life.
Unfortunately you know the FD will step in like they did when he was injured by the porcupine quill, at this stage they need to let him if it is his time, I'd just hate to see him in the same condition as Machli before her death. 
I Guess It was umarpani . He could be the one But it could be a different male . Maybe we know more in the next days.
I second that Pckts, what they did with Machali was totally against the jungle rule. I just hope they let nature and time decide if he should make it or not. Its heart breaking to see Munna like this. over the years, we must have heard about countless tigers and then there are tigers like Munna. he was the apex predator of Kanha for a well over a decade, 11-12 years of dominance is not something you hear about everyday. Munna had the best genes and systematically or call it destiny. he was the ultimate "cat". he lived the life that many tigers could only dream of. Chota Munna and Umarpani will continue his legacy, still i wish Munna overcomes this somehow. Its not looking too good and at this age of 15-16 years. It's a tough call.
@Jeffrey Umarpani is all the way in Mukki, Munna was around Kisli. It could be T2 aka Karai Ghati but its not yet confirmed.
Tigers transfer from zone to zone in kanha, so it could be Uma but I’ve noticed that Munna has a tendency to avoid his lineage and they seem to avoid him, I’ll wait for confirmation before any conclusions.

Poor Uma.His history gets him into suspicion all the time :) I would agree with Roflcopters . should be karai ghati or maybe his son damangaon male.he is also in kisli I think Hope we know for sure who the 'Tiger' is in the next few days.
