He's magnificent to look at.

I wonder how he and his brother are going to work things out this spring/summer, because a fight between the two would be quite the sight to witness.
I haven't seen many images of Uma this season, he's always been a shy Tiger though.

Matkasur male.

My Home, My Rules, My Journey...!!

Head's On being really fascinating these days, But the mood and overall feel being really vibrant which couldn't resist me from posting it over here.

The absolute Show Piece from central India. An ID recognition is not necessary, He's at his prime and the daring step ahead is the definition to his legacy. Non other than the grown up adult alpha male. You can easily guess him out..!!

Head on's are pretty much easy these days, but to get hold of one such act along with the vibrance in it, you really need to concentrate well on live field. The point of execution maters a lot, so in this case as he strolled down his path the very early morning, his way which is filled with thick bushes, dry thorns & sharp twigs added in lots of drama to the whole frame, hence making it more appealing to witness and execute.

In short The ambience maters a lot in describing what nature is all about. Getting hold of that natural ambience is primary and the remaining that follows by being mood, content & subject is apt to be secondary.

Credits to @nilanjan ray  Highway star (am a Deep Purple fan). Well, not exactly a highway, I am sure folks recognize the road and the tiger (Matkasur). Pity about the WII vehicle that came behind just when I got the angle and light right.

Here's another image from our amazing trip. This male kept trying to mate with this female tiger but to no avail. She wanted nothing of the sorts. Why? Because she already had cubs to this male who are only 8-9 months old. She eventually got away from him, after almost 24 hours, and we found her with the cubs the next day. Wait until you see those images! This was from Kanha NP.

Good ole Jobhi, @Rishi
He's another legend of Bandhavgarh, he's been around since the Bamera days and is the male who was fighting with Bhim from the famous video, I'll find it for you.
It's a bit of an unknown on who's responsible for taking his eye, some say Bamera but Jobhi seemed to be a bit more dominant than Bamera to me, if I remember correctly, after Jobhi and Bhim fought, bamera was watching and was run off by one of them but I'm not positive about that. It was a long time ago, but Jobhi is definitely in the Tiger Directory thread somewhere.

Edit:
Here are some images and the video.
