There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

@Pckts

Jaichand's dob is August/2014 and he was first sighted with his mother (chandi) and three other siblings (Bali - male) (Bahu - male) (Barkha - female) on a cattle kill at Satighat Lake (November/2014) now at 3 years and 4 months of age, Jaichand is as big as most prime males in the region and is far from full size. he still has an year before he reaches his prime and im willing to bet that he will be on a league of his own when he's at full size. his two half brothers (Bittu and Srinivasa) were both smaller than him and they both weighed a staggering 230 kilograms at (32 months of age).

Apparently she has 10 month old cubs at the moment so she is probably mating to protect them.
