There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
The white male lion has got quite the mane going! Every time we see him he seems to be even bigger...
The largest of the three young males in the Birmingham Pride, we have been witnessing the pressure that the Ross males are putting on the white male, as well as the other two. As such, these males have often been seen moving by themselves and even exploring new areas together. They have also shown us that they are quite efficient hunters of giraffe!
The boss of the Western pride - A fantastic portrait of Skorokoro, the last member of the Nharhu coalition seen at Motswari Private Game Reserve in the Timbavati PNR.

They're looking in excellent condition, Birmingham bloodline, a strong one for sure
Did you know Hosi and Socha, the dominant male lions of the central Klaserie for the last 4 years, are not actually related by blood? These two formidable lions formed a coalition at some point during their early nomadic years and, since then, they have formed an unstoppable 'bromance'. The love between these two boys is clear to see, with them often seen lying next to - or even on top of - each other. Another fantastic sighting for our guests recently!

They’re partners, Socha born into the Impalabos pride in Balule. Possibly son of the old Mohlabetsi males

One of the prettiest males around, used to have a face unmarred by scars of any sort, I see all of that is slowly changing, now that he is out and about with his partner.
