There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Folks are saying its the male, but I think there isn't enough left for such a specific identification. Though one of the Othawas is likely.

I believe it was on Savage Kingdom, don't recall which season I'd have to break out the DVDs to figure it out, but they showed exactly that which you described, a hyena storing a carcass in a small pond. So, it seems it does occur on occasion.

Instead of trying to exchanging blows in the future. Better these guys try to form a coalition. But with cubs in Talamati breakaway side don't think S8 male can extend peace.

"A male Nkuhuma in today's sample was injured after a fight with unidentified lions. Male S8 may be to blame. No one knows now that he and the Birmingham man are together in the Northern Territories."
Another bad news after Blonde Avoca death.
So Nkuhuma male is badly injuried in his eye, but doesnt seem to have lost it. Who could've done this?

On that picuters cuted piece of skin is covering an eye. It is impossible to say from those pics if eye is indeed damaged.

Where were they spotted? "Northern territories" is not very precise.

found it all on facebook in a 'Birmingham male' post he didnt inform where exactly he was reported.
Also i can see his eye in the second picture, it looks like only his eyelid/eyebrow was injured and the eye looks normal.

I think he’s just trying to look more and more like his Daddy.   So he has a few more scarring left to do lol
