It seems that they got him a bit, few scars and slight limp, but thats normal before he gets fully accepted.

That looks pretty bad..

They say she walked away ok, what a luck.. We'll see when adrenalin stops and wounds cool down..

She needs to move away from this area, she or cub will eventually get killed by Kambulas..

This is really sad, I'm praying she and her cub are able to relocate, those look like horrible wounds but she is a resilient lioness so I'm sure she will be ok.

Unfortunately life wont get any easier on her, even if she manage to raise her cub to adulthood, they will be only 2, against 6 Kambulas, they will be in danger their whole life if they stay there...

When cub grow up a bit, they need to do what Ximhungwe lionesses did, leave their territory because of bigger rival pride and move into some area where theres no threats to them..

I cant belive she survived that, only few cuts on the back.

That cliff behind her saved her life, because they couldn't grab her from behind.. Just unbelievable..
And gosh Tinyo, now we know why they call him the agressive one.

Fate of the cub is still uncertaint, Tsalala female moved in different direction from where cub was calling, and lets hope that Kambulas didnt find cub.

Actually guide at one point mention that Tinyo was more intrested in protecting her than in joining the atack.

That does not look good and this will probably not end up well for her if she stays in that area. Either that or if she gets protection from another male that will force the Kambulas to respect her territory though probably too late to be any good now.

Maybe at first, but later it looked like he was the main attacker, even 1 Kambula lioness grab Tinyo back when he attacked Tsalala lioness.

The thing is that Kambula pride is to strong, soon 11 subadults will be big as lioness, imagine a force of 20 big lions around you. .. she needs to move away, she will get caught again sooner or later..
