There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Out of all those subs, not including BYM, I am concerned most for this young white male. Every timewe've seen him for the past couple of months he seems to have more and more injuries. That's a pretty nasty cut on his forehead. I wonder if it's Tyson doing this to him as well.

Scars on white lions are far more visiable then on normal colored lions, the same thing can be also seen in Casper who always look more battered then his brothers, but thats just because of the coloring.. All lions have scars on faces, which they get mostly on "dinner table", so this is not concerning, its normal..

They seems to be doing well within the area, The young Birmingham male was on his own a week ago and he was seen in good shape recently, To be honest, this is a small scar  on his face considering that could be worse than that

Not all, most. Seems like all, but then you have exceptions like Othawa male.

He too has it just not as much, benefits of lone dominant male, you dont need to fight your brothers for a kill or mating rights, he just gets few scratches from females occasionaly..

He is becoming such a gorgeous male, not even talking about how massive he is. Once his mane, already darkening quite a bit, fills in completely he is going to be even more stunning. How much has changed in the last 12 months.

Cracks me up up how he has one of those really serious looking brows, as if he is perpetually angry and scowling, sort of like Angry Cat on youtube.

The white male lion sub adult of the Birmingham pride. His mane is really growing around his neck area.

Another stunningly gorgeous male, who has clearly inherited those massive Birmingham genes, I think he is going to equal BYM in terms of size, I hope Tyson doesn't injure him in the same way.

It depends on how much time he will be tolerated in the Birmingham pride. He's still young, but will turn 3 soon
