There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Sininawa Jungle Lodge
No #tigers don't climb trees nor is this #tiger showing his affection to that tree.
But that huge male tiger is just fervently scratching this tree with his claws in a bid to leave signs of its presence there. This scratching & body rubbing is followed by spraying the tree with its urine.
Join #Singinawa #naturalists and embark on a journey into the wilderness that will last you a lifetime.

Bhargava Srivari: " On this summer evening, we were on our first jungle drive of the trip and I had a couple of close family friends who had not seen a Tiger in the wild before. For most part of the evening, there was lull in the forest and most tourists were on their way out of the park as the heat of the summer afternoon got to them. We decided to try our luck on this particular road which is frequented by this large, confident male Tiger, and to our delight, just as we entered the road we heard a lone Sambar deer call in panic and scurry into the thickets. Even while we were contemplating the direction of the source of the panic, this big cat appeared straight ahead from a bend on the road.

Kanha, India. "

How wonderful is it !
