The last two are spending time in the area that their 4 brothers are roaming around in, and it could be a matter of days before all 6 are hopefully reunited to form an almost unstoppable #lion coalition.

Will the Mapogo story repeat it self? I feel like it is going that way... Vuelas seem to be the only coalition around that could match those Black Dams in numbers, but aside of them all other coalitions around looks like easy pickings for such a huge force.

Other then Vuyelas the Birmingham breakaways can also be a threat

Birminghams are too young to be threat not only to the Black Dams, but to bassicly any coalition in prime for yet quite long time.

1 Birmingham breakeaway male is 1 year older then any BDM's, then 3 are around the same ages or slightly younger, and 3 youngest who are just over 3 yrs old.. Besides those 3 youngest, theres no gap.

1 of the 3 middle ones from December :

4 older ones can contest territory pretty much at the same time as BDM's.

They should be around or close to one year younger than Black Dams I believe.  At least some of those for sure were sired by Ross males.

3 youngest are prob Ross males, as they look to be around the same age as Birmingham white male and his bros.

3 middle one are prob late 2017/early 2018, not clear if Avoca/Giraffes or Ross males sired them.

Ross males tookover Ngala in early 2018 so if those dates would be correct then it would be impossible that those youngesters were sired by Ross males and if Ross males would not see those youngsters as potentially their own, then they would kill them.

There those boys from November:

Sadly there are only photos so we can judge just my the mane size bassicly, but still there are at best 3 males ready to compete (and even that is definitelly questionable) when Black Dams are bassicly 6 guns ready to fire.

Problem is that Birmingham breakeaway pride is a bit of mystery, so we dont know exactly dates on Ross males and Avoca/Giraffes shift in that pride and what happened exactly, or if maybe some females got in hiding with cubs avoiding Ross males.

I know theres a video in January 2018 of 2 Birmingham breakeaway females with small cubs, in company of 2 Avoca/Giraffe males, shortly after Avoca/Giraffes abandon Ngala.

As far as I know, 4 and 2 BDM's still didn't reunited, so lets wait and see how that turns out.

See, six black dam makes are sons of lone giraffe male( born in 2010, died in 2020), who was the younger brother of old avoca/ giraffe males ( born in 2008-09, died in 2020).
Now old avocas/ giraffe were sired by old Ross males, am not sure who were the fathers of lone giraffe male.
If he was also sired by old Ross males, then six black dam boys and YBM are cousins.
Otherwise, I dunno what to call them, half cousins.
