When was last update on Gingerella and Ximungwe female? As far as I know, nothing in at least a month…

Assuming she conceived, the Ximhungwe lioness should have given birth by now or will be giving birth quite soon. She's probably hunkered down in a den site somewhere.

There was news from Singita a couple of days' ago. They said they hadn't been any reported sightings of Gingerella on their concession. That doesn't mean something awful has happened to her because as you know she's been following the pride and could be in the Western sector somewhere near them.

Beautiful Gingerella! This beautiful lioness climbed up a termite mound at Leopard Hills. Due to the location, she's probably still trailing her pride. Let's hope it will be futile and that she will be allowed back in.

Absolutely wonderful too see her again in great condition. Hopefully either Gingerella will be allowed back into the pride or form a pride with the Ximungwe female.

Doubt about potential coalition with Ximhungwe as Ximhungwe female will be mating (already did) again and have cubs soon. 

I hope Gingerella and Tsalala female can bump into each others, that coalition is way more likely, as they are only few months apart age wise, and still not ready for mating, so they might find each others more "suitable"..

The ximhungwe lioness is possibly heavily pregnant right now.

In theory Gingerella had a shot earlier this year after her cub died. But now she is either denning or looking to secure a densite. And that means a spot secluded from other lionesses. Pridesisters or not. 

Tsalala would indeed be a more likely candidate. But all the way in Londolozi. Meaning that Gingerella would have to abandon her natal pride to even see her.

Gingerella doesnt have natal pride anymore. 

Both young females are seen in Singita regularly.
