There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

I remember when they first arrived in SS, they had two of their sisters for company. Any idea where the two lionesses settled?

Actually, I asked the uploader of that footage and he said her daughter wasn't far from them earlier this morning. At least, we know she's fine.

That's a fantastic update. The Ximhungwe and Tsalala females are doing a good job. Hopefully, in the next years both prides will be a force to be reckoned with

Styx lioness (Bboys's daughter) and her cubs 25/08/2021. A good hunting lesson for her cubs.

The three older Ntsevu cubs are still alive and well. They have spent the last few weeks in the Sand River, making viewing of them tough. On a cold windy morning, they huddle together to keep warm.
