There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Hello @bigcatsmane, welcome to WildFact. As we do with all new members, I would ask that you read through our rules, which I will link at the bottom of this post. I will also provide a link to our tutorial section, which provides in depth instructions on how to perform common tasks on the site.

I fixed your post, as there is a certain way to embed Youtube links, and that is explained in the tutorial section as well.

Enjoy the site, and we look forward to your contributions!

These are generic lions. Only pure southern Africans are from public zoos in US.

@bigcatsmane

About #820: The last male lion (above the nose and surounding the eyes) of the video as well as the lioness at 4mn34sec (above the nose) have a large portion hairless of the head. Candidly why ? Because of their harsch cages (no one ounce of grass, only sand...) ?

@bigcatsmane :

About your last post #824, it is said that it concerns a circus from Moscow exhibiting lions and tigers. And here it is showed their biggest felid, the lion Phillip weighing 230 kilogramms and their smallest one, the female tiger, Lola, weighing 98 kilogramms.

Is that it ?
