If only he went down south to join with the other two. He is what his r.i.p brother could have became. He is what his other wussy brother could be but chose not to

Which lion are you confusing him with?   This is Torchwood Mongawane.   Son of the Birminghams

Yeah.   You seemed confused….at least from a perspective that we’re talking about a Torchwood lion so I tried to figure out ‘who is he talking about, TW had no brothers’.

But I see you see you’re trying to be funny and must mean ‘brother’ as in Nkuhuma who is also sired by BBoys?

If so, Why throw shade at another lion that has nothing to do with Timbavati lions?

About 5% of male lions live to reach the age of Nkuhuma.   your perception of his success or lacks there of is obviously fed by biases.   Fact is, today he remains alive by hook or by crook, and he defies most odds.    So I believe he’s earned more respect than you seem to have for him.

Maybe Im just a curmudgeon, in a bad mood and just don’t get your sense of humor.

Years from now, history could rather choose to tell the story of a lion that while having odds stacked against him as a single male lion, with no male agemates to count on, abandoned by the ruling coalition/fathers when very young, stood up to the pressure and survived the takeover of new invading males, had the presence of mind to develop skills that allowed him to go on to make what is inarguably a record pace number of social bonds with what is it now?   Six? coalition friends (Mangheni, Styx, Nhenha, Talamatis (2), Tumbela) and remains to be seen, even one day sire his own cubs.

He is referencing Nkuhuma and Styx (Young) Male, the other two abandoned sons of Bimingham coalition, of similar age, who turned out to have very different life path than Torchwood - and never afaik met with him.

Nitpicking, but if we count Talamatis, then Skorro Orpen as well (argueable whether Mhangeni Big Boy should be counted as a coalition partner, it would be logical thing to do and most probably rooted for that to happen, but they probably never were more than two young males within the same pride before it all ended with Big Boy sudden demise; they sue wee not hjostile to each other, if count just friends).

Mane seems too big to be from the young Avoca but admittedly he's not a lion I know very well.
