There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Not so sure about the Fourways pride.

Few months ago Imbali males (who are territorial on H1-2) where seen in MalaMala with a pride, in an area where usually Fourways pride can be seen occasionaly (Windmill).

The Windmill pride was controlled by Mlowati males, KT and Mr T according to some sources.

He seems better in the way he walks, I thought he would have more difficulty, it's a good sign for him, he can't continue with Nkuhumas for long but he would be an easy target for any opponent.

There ere old reports, you can google it, also their fathers WSM when  they were very old and helped by Mak in their patrols, hâd interactions with the Windmill pride. Also in 2009 the Windmill pride hâd short incursions in Mala Mala, so they were very familiar with eachother. The Forways pride is very likely a breakway pride from Windmill.

Nice to see the BD male with some company. I think the Nkuhuma girls are just happy (relieved) to hang out with any male that isn't overly aggressive.

But yeah he doesn't have any hope of becoming their pride male.

I kept hoping Khanya would stay with Mohawk and the Nkuhumas and then meet lone BD boy and just be a 3 male coalition. I hope khanya and Nym are successful.

The lone Black Dam male should really bounce back into good condition. He already walks and moves a lot better. If the PC males come around then at least he and Mohawk and keep each other company (and the Nkuhuma sub adult boy!)

So happy to see this boy getting better despite the little limp on its front paw.

Probably not, atleast not right now. They only seemed interested in them when there were lionesses willing to mate. Right now the pride is pretty much up to grasps to any male lion that just wanders into them.

When you make a statement as being factual, and are challenged on your claims by other members, it is common courtesy to provide the reports, etc... yourself, instead of simply telling someone to "Google it". You can "Google" a lot of things, but that doesn't make them so.
