Raiyakassa of Pench aka T11 was injured very badly in a fight and was shifted to Van Vihar treatment centre. HE WAS 17 YEARS OLD. Here we assumed he was 14. Just like Munna, I am guessing this is it for Sula.

Here is a news report about his current state:

Did Raiyakassa ever interact with Tarzan?

Nothing documented that I’m aware of, Tarzan would have probably interacted more with the Handsome male.

@Pckts @ganidat Tarzan’s (son of Collarwali) territory was Karmajhiri in Northern Pench in Madhya Pradesh. Handsome (son of Baghinnala) established his territory in Maharashtra part of Pench in Khursapar.

Raiyakassa after being ousted by Bhagoda moved towards Khursapar. Very likely Handsome and Raiyakassa met in their latter years.

Not the same sets of cubs right?

Is Chota Matka a son of Matkasur?

Is Matkasur the father of Maya's cubs?

Who is the mother of Chota Matka then?

@Rage2277, not all. She gave birth to 5 in April last year. One died early. Out of the 4 left, 1 was still alongside her. 3 are missing. Forest officials are not sure if they left her to be safe or they were killed.

But, it is true that Tala has been pushed out. He was seen in Pandharpauni last. Wasn’t sure which male pushed him out. If it’s Chota Matka, it makes sense. Maya’s territory is in the most unfortunate part of Tadoba. Too many males. 3 out of 4 litters killed (if this one has been killed). Whereas Surya is in Karhandla, his brother died and Meera is dead as well.

I know handsome and his Cubs/durga female we’re all in Turyia and they said Tarzan was seen there a few weeks prior as well at that time.

@Pckts, Turiya is adjacent to Khursapar (less than 3 kilometres). In fact, if I am not mistaken, Handsome’s territory straddled both Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The distance between turiya gate and khursapar gate is about 8 kilometres aerially (the zones would be much closer).

Anyway, this is the new dominant male of Khursapar. You can see how young he is, won’t be older than 5. He doesn’t have a name yet:

I wish we knew what happened to Handsome and Durgas male son, he was shaping into a strong male.

@Pckts, I don’t know about the son. But, here is Bindu with 4 mark male from Teliya buffer (which lies just next to Khursapar). Bindu, just like Baras is raising a litter.

Also, @Pckts @Rage2277, have you heard anything about this male called Bandra male, Khursapar.
