The Tumbela Coalition

It's all good that the last S. Avoca has nothing more to prove.  I don't feel sorry for him if he gets a few more years, even if alone.  Many males do not even get that after losing a partner.... They will also lose their lives and most if not all of their legacy.  He has his health, although a bit declining, and a full legacy of offspring in the Sand River and Plains Camp Pride.  He has already proven his mettle and the rest is just a life to live out as best he can, whether alone or with another partner.  It's a matter of him staying out of trouble, keeping a low profile, and using his wits to keep surviving somehow.

As for Tumbela, he and the NK Male have a history together and have already bonded, in a way.... They are of a similar age, so it makes sense to link up.  The NK Male has already had at least 2 partners he lost, through no fault of his own, and he always finds a way to overcome the setbacks and forge ahead.  I'm hoping the third time is a charm....But at the same time, fortunes can turn at the drop of a hat with these lions.  Just when you think a possible fairy tale story unfolds, it comes apart at the seams.... Look at the Delaporte Coalition, the Trichardt Males, the Guernsey/Avoca Coalition that was so promising....etc.

Savanna said that Tumbela has recently killed one member of the Ottawa pack of wild dogs in a run in the pack had with him.

So either he killed a pup or he can run pretty fast despite his limp.

Seeing them together like that looks so odd haha like we have seen these two circle each other like 2 distant blackholes for years so this just doesn't look real to me.

I'll be pissed if NK abandons Tumbela after getting him off retirement.

He's probably safest in that extreme western sector.  The only good thing right now is that he only has to find a way around the Gijimas.  Could Tumbella and NK be 2 of the 3 they chased this morning?

Lions cant talk to each other. There is no communication and every animal is just stuck guessing what the other wants.
At best they can tell each other to follow, back off, go left or other simply commands and convey their emotions.
So when the two learned to accept each other. There was no way for Nym to tell Skorro it was only for a little while. So the other mistakenly believed it was long term.

So I cant really blame Nym for this. Its just beyond the limits of their species.

Nym will probably be fine. He has learned to thrive in nomadhood and will continue to do so.

Skorro however is going to be more interesting. He is now stranded away from his usual range.
On one end its good that he is finally out of western sector where he was more or less waiting for the PCmales to finish him off. But he is in strange lands right now and he may not understand just how much danger he may be in.

Apparently Dark Maned Gijima was in Tengile mating with a lioness said to be from the Sand River Pride.
So maybe it was a mistake when informing the location by the poster.
In the video we can see the guides wearing AndBeyond hats, which would likely be from Kirkman's Kamp or Tengile.
