One early morning driving on our way from Skukuza to Tshokwane we encountered this very large male lion who is part of the Mantimahle coalition. This is one of the best videos of a male lion roaring that we have. We were also fortunate to witness this sighting all to ourselves.

What a fantastic sighting of the 5th Mantimahle with one of the two big S36/Mantimahle young males seen recently on the move.
Now seems that the Mantimahle are split in two groups 3 and 3 (#1, #3 and #4) with the #5 (#6 and #7 Mantimahle young males)
