Very recent video about Masai Mara lions encountered by a passionate traveller.

One of the younger brothers of the Black Rock Boys had a run in with Lorkulup and the Rongai lionesses while they were on a buffalo kill. He wasn't seriously injured, guess Lorkulup sensed whom he was.
Later seen resting with Lorkulup nearby. Young Rongai male wasn't there and neither was Oloimina, guessing the Rongai YM was hiding somewhere out of sight and Oloimina may have been up to something else at the time. 
@Mwk85 Very interesting, when was the last time the 2 generations of brothers saw each other? 2 years? 3? It seens unlikely they'd remember each other. 1 year, maybe 1,5 seems to be the limit of a lion's memory and bond.
Plus, even if they had a vague memory of each other's scent, the older BRB is a very well established dominant male that wouldn't normally tolerate a young invader he barely recognizes, especially a male, and the younger male would also make sure to run instead of resting close by. A fascinating interaction for sure.
They had a run in a few months ago. I think less than a year ago. Maybe Six months? Two black rockers and their coalition partner chased lorkulup. They would beat him up like how they beat up the sala boys had lorkulup been caught.
This looks like either Olchorre or Kijana. Something happened rescently with these 3 young boys as Lekijana has been MIA for around a month. I really hope he is ok.
The old Legend is still going strong, looking good and healthy as ever! Hes gotta be close to 12 years old by now.

2/4 Isaketa Boys chillin at Lemek Conservancy. These 4 brothers have been pressuring the 3/5 Sanaki Boys for probably the good part of 1 year now and pushed them out of Lemek and almoalmost of Enonkishu and Olchoro Oruiwa Conservancies.

3/3 Salas males moved into Marsh Pride territory and caused the pride and Halftail to scatter. They chased Halftail a good distance before they eventually let up. Fortunately there was no physical contact made and everyone came away unscathed.

Half Tail was chased in his own territory during this confrontation? A little bit surprising since he seems to be one of the biggest Mara lions and is in his prime. Chongo looks tall but not particularly big overall.
