Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Found this footage of BD pride from August 2019 :

It was speculated that 2 spliting brothers, who are in Sabi Sands atm, might be the oldest ones, so that was the reason they left their natal area earlier, but looks like its other way around, they look to be the youngest ones, alongside the youngest male of the 4 group:

Mohawk male (2 of the 4 group brothers next to him look bigger)

Orange Eyed male (he looks to be even smaller the Mohawked male there, i think he and youngest of the 4 group, are 2 youngest)

Personally I never believed there are any noticible gaps (above 3 months) in age between Black Dam males including smallest male in the current group of 4.

There by the end of the video he with one of his "older" brothers:

One of the 5 Vuyela males has been mating with the oldest Riverpride lioness infront of Kings Camp lodge for the last 3 days. I received a report yesterday that the 3 sub adult males and 1 sub adult female were seen alive and healthy north east of this mating pair with the other Riverpride adult lioness being found on a zebra kill further east of that. The whereabouts of Covid (cub born in 2020) is not known at this time.

In another plot twist, the male they call youngster is actually one of the oldest males!  Lol When I have time I’ll upload the photo of him as a cub.
