Is it know who chased? Plains Camp males? Or N'ws?

Goddam, it might even be that the third older male is the Torchwood boy linking up with the Nkuhuma and Styx.

that would  be amazing

"A lion cub is always cause for celebration. This was the first sighting of the brand-new addition to the Mhangene pride, whose recent altercation with the four N'waswitshaka lions left their numbers diminished.
An event which makes this discovery all the sweeter. We will continue to track this youngster's progress in the coming months. "

Yeah, seems just one cub. Singita just posted a bunch of IG stories of the new cub, its mother, and the last remaining older cub

(03-19-2021, 08:33 PM)The Mangheni pride has had no luck raising cubs in the last 3 years or so.  Tinya is the only one that has survived to be a sub-adult.  Just in 2019, I believe close to 7 cubs were lost and then in late 2020-early 2021 3-4 cubs lost. The Othawa male is a magnificent beast but no legacy to speak for. I hope he can continue the Mapogo-Majingilane legacy in Sabi Sands. Tonpa Wrote: Yeah, seems just one cub. Wow thats close, Nhenha has been busy of late..

Idk, we didn't see the face, but thats a big young male.. For me it looks like Styx male but im not 100% sure..

Nhenha and Tinyo need to gruop immidiately, its risky to chase 2 males on his own..

Who do you guys think that male is?

It doesnt look like Styx, as Styx has pretty big mohawk:

People on instagram are saying its Nkuhuma, but he does have that orange mane and he has much less mane, and that young male looks very bulky:

Maybe this Plains Camp male:

Or are they Nwaswitshaka males afterall, Orange Eyed male? That male was sniffing around a lot, dont think Nk/Styx would do that, because they know Londolozi.. :

I would bet on Plain Camp male althrough very hard to say. Probably we just need to wait a bit for further info from Londolozi. It probably won't be a problem for them to identify Styx/Nkuchuma and N'was if it is one of those. If they will say it is neither Styx/Nkuchuma and N'was then we will know it is Plains Camp male.

Btw main reason why I do not think it is N'was is that it is ussuall for the male coalitions to use big numbers when entering other males territory at first trys, therefore I believe if N'was would wander to Londolozi then we would see at least 3 of them, most likely 4 of them together, not just two.

Most of Londolozi guides/rangers didn't see N'ws, James Tyrrell said they only seen them once in property so far.

Nhenha is still a beast. Did he catch the young male?

Yea, but the guides from different lodges contact each others and so N'was as dominant in Sabi Sands for quite a while already shouldn't be any problem to idntify right away.

Probably not. You can see even at the start as he stops when the younger male also stops, that he do not really even want to catch him, just to chasse him off. This is wise move actually considering that he was without Tinyo.

That young male has a scar on the right side of his mouth. That's someone we haven't seen before if its not one of plains camp males. That young male seemed way too comfortable being that close to a dominant male.
