The Othawa Male: What Really Happened That Night | Londolozi Blog
Its an interesting theory.
But ultimately just another one we can pile on the other theories of what happened that night. But never will be able to confirm or disprove.
But it is an interesting theory.

Was kinda expecting them to mention theories on how exactly he died given they had access to his body, not why he went into malamala...

Well... access. They got the leftovers after the hyenas and co were done with it.
There isnt much shocking revelations to be found there.

I was more referring to scavengers in general. Sorry for the confusion. Should have worded that better.

Ah gotcha, its possible they just couldn't tell I guess

The bayala male went through similar circumstances, Hyenas never found the carcass so they were able to examine it and mentioned that from the damage to the spine and the way his body was contorted that he had his spine snapped

I also was expecting the same thing as you did. I thought we would find out how did he die. I guess we will never find out, just we hear speculations.

The theory sounds very reasonable. As mentioned, a thorough examination of the carcass would of possibly revealed some interesting information

That's certainly a good theory, it makes a lot more sense than the idea that he just decided to boldly and directly challenge the birmingham males, if you think he was attacking/chasing a young Ntsevu it's quite possible the entrance of pride kambula in the fight along with the bboys which explains the little damage done to the birmingham males

Dont know why people always mention that Bboys sustain little damage, Nhenha is still limping from that encounter and had few scratches on his body..

In a 2 vs 1 situation, lone male cant do any serious damage if 2 attacking males are experience enough, which 2 Bboys are..

One is holding him by head, that male will sustain some scratches and bites (which was obiviously Nhenha from injuries) and 2nd is attacking his lower body, breaking his legs or spine, that 2nd male will sustain 0 injuries..

Watch Ginger and HB against Fourways male, that male couldn't bite or scratch them because of how good fighters S. Matimbas where..

Also recently, watch mauling of Addo boy, he couldn't do nothing..
