From the spotted and defenseless cub at #186, to this majestic male, it's a so longway...

About #1190: I just regreted this video was too short, because perhaps this lion has pulled the giraffe body out of the water. Just that. I have never seen a lion pulling an entire adult giraffe's body on land, of course. But I remind to have seen some lone lions pulling a partially eaten giraffe's corpse out of the water to eat it on land, on the ground... Lions are strong, but it´s good to notice, that in this video we see no demonstration about it. Those videos, where lions drag buffalo carcasses on land are the impressive ones. Even though buffalos are smaller, dry carcass on dry land is real test.
Who does anybody say that love was only an activity of pleasure and felicity ?
In contrast to tigers or jaguars, lions don' t like the water... It's always a trial, even for the full mature males, to cross a stretch of water or a river...
