Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. I will update it taking in consideration all relevant contributions. Regarding current cubs/subadults, the diagram is not intended to be definitive, I have the intention to update it in the next weeks taking consideration not only the lattest but rather the most documented information. You can help me providing first source reports or significant sightings.
@RookiePundit Mangheni twelve are worthy of mention, but I decided to include only those lions who reached adulthood, since the space is limited. Big Boy's sister can't be omitted because she is a living member of Mangheni pride. Anyway, in honor of beloved Big Boy Mangheni, I will sum him in the next actualization of the figure.
@Mapokser I'm 90% sure that the 4 Mangheni females were daughters of Mr T and KT, because Tsalala pride was seen mating with those two males in 2009 after the split of the coalition. The other 4 males of Mapogo coalition were mostly seen in western Sabi Sands with Othawa and Ximhungwe pride.
That is interesting of Mangehenie lionesses. There is one thing one of the Kambula male lions when younger was similar to ratsa. Finding sources will be difficult. confirming what male lions are related to cubs is hard to say. Only thing is how they were similar to rasta, kinky tail.
Yes heart breaking and sad Kambula cubs were thirteen for some time along, very long time. Just the Kambula daughter and older Ndhzenga son from Styxt were around. Cub that was injured seems like he is getting better.
I wanted to ask how is the Ximunguwe lioness related to Tslala ? You can read comments how Ximungwe lioness’s and I forgot the name relatives of Half bros of Rollercoster. Ximunguwe on the chart was a lioness from Tsalala? Sorry I can’t see the chart.
I also wonder what Kambula lionesses might have new cubs?

According to Mala Mala Game Reserve, Styx male killed 1 of 9 older subadults (8 should be alive) and 1/3 of the younger cubs (2 remaining)
December report: At least 13 members of the pride were at Old Dudley Crossing on the 12th and we were given the unfortunate news from our neighbours in the west that one of the younger cubs was killed and an older sub-adult male badly injured by the Styx male earlier that morning.
January report: The injured sub-adult male was seen near the Tamboti Thickets on the 8th and 12th, but was not seen again thereafter, leading us to believe that he succumbed to his injuries.

Seems like there is an error of communication between 2 reserves as Londolozi had seen the injured subadult on January 22 recovering, also other people such as guest and people acquainted with the reserve saw the subadult on January 24 in good condition but who knows 100% if he is alright at this moment.
Young Styx Male is already 4! He's getting more testosterone each year until he reaches his prime. I remember when he was among 1 of at least 5 males in his pride. How things have changed, especially when his fathers decided to get a bigger prize in the large Kambula Pride.

Hi I was going to say could Styxt male lion maybe have a grudge? I know it has been said lions have no grudge, but I do not believe that. I know he is male lions, but he is a young male lion. I wonder if young Kambula lions were aggressive toward Styxt male lion and Kambula lioness. I also remember when young Kambula lions started chasing Styxt male lion. I also heartbreaking saying; Styxt male lion never saw siblings when younger around Kambula lionesses; is why I say grudge.
