There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Update on the cerrado kid.

Famous Cerrado female wild cub ( on the left corner at 0:10 secs ) will be named Coragem ( brave/courage/bravery in portugues) due to her incredible survival story all alone in the harsh cerrado wilderness.
she's gonna stay in IOP for breeding purposes.

Meanwhile at 1:22min Mamba tries to grab the piece of bone that was under Coragem leading to a skirmish between these kids while Ogun gets out of there willing no trouble.

these cerrado kids together are gonna give to Leandro many headaches. hehe

Filipe De Andrade: " This scene has been witnessed by a handful of people that we know of. While its incredibly rare to experience...Jaguars have been eating Sea Turtles for hundreds of thousands of years. These big cats have a bite force of over 2,000lbs per square inch which allows them to penetrate the Turtle's carapace. By feeding on Sea Turtles, Jaguars are also providing for countless other species that scavenge along coastlines and mangroves. It took me YEARS to witness this incredible predator-prey conflict and by documenting and researching this behavior, we can impose restrictions that allow the animals to only worry about each other. Animals thrive when their habitat is void of human conflict, as seen in this powerful moment. This is a still frame from the @reddigitalcinema GEMINI at 12,800iso. "

note: Ariane is the same cerrado female jag that killed the male Tapir named Gonzalinho about over 2 months ago.
