There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Khabib seems like a "gamer" to me, unless he's training in a fighting scenario he seems like he's only going to give you a little bit of his full potential, I've seen that a lot throughout my years when I was fighting. Sometimes you have guys who just hate training and weren't good at it but once the lights turned on they were monsters.

Holloway dropped out too. Now this is definitely a one-sided fight in favor of Khabib...

Recently dropped news that Volkan Oezdimir is trying to fight Shogun on UFC Fight Night 129...definitely looking forward to this! Shogun is way washed up from PRIDE, but has better grappling and submissions than Volkan, obviously. The problem will be taking Volkan to the ground as Volkan's standing is oddly weird but effective. I think 50/50.

That is how much unhealthy pressure 939-pounds of metal puts into you.

Powerlifting can be a bloody sport too (also proven when Eddie Hall bled his knees while deadlifting too).

I won't post more videos because it may upset a few of the viewers here but I personally love these.
When they vomit and still pull their lift or bust their nose, rupture blood vessels in their eyes, whatever the case, it's such a primal sight.
But their is always one thing they can't hide and that is tears... bicep tears, acl, mcl, pcl, whatever. When they go, your will and function go right with them.

I remember I posted a story on here detailing how I tore my bicep by curling...that bolded part is especially true. I contemplated on giving up powerlifting but stuck through it because I wanted to do something a little extra in my life instead of following it by the book (birth, school, college, etc...), but I just couldn't get the motivation lift near as much ever again after the injury and started to go into MMA and Sambo classes, and later on, BJJ. Then got overweight as soon as I started university. I will be back to normal in no time after university graduation!

Fedor TKO'd Mir! Fedor took this one much more seriously and trained for the fight. Proves old Fedor still got hands!
