Great sighting today of the two impressive males “South Shishangeni and Eastern Bank” with the Jock pride. These powerful males are the dominant males of two different prides at @jocksafari
Jock pride, which consists of five lionesses and two cubs, and Windmill pride, who consists of three lionesses and has new cubs still hidden in the den.
Great info and sighting by Louis Strauss.

Kruger National Park, South Africa.

1 of the 3 Mathekenyane males. This male along with his two brothers have been seen hanging in the north of Jock concession for a few months now. This males bigger manned brother was filmed early this year mating a lot on s65/s66. Video of all 3 walking together this week in link.

So at this point, do we generally know which males are dominant in each sector of the Kruger, or are there still information deadzones? Presumably in the north?

Yea, we have info from areas where people can visit (roads, around camps..), but there is "deadzones" from which we have 0 info, where is no roads or camps .. Example this area:

And as you said, in northern Kruger only few coalitions are known.

@Tonpa in a way yeah, we know who’s dominant and regularly seen. But there’s still a lot of places that are unknown. The south of kruger is mostly known but still some lions keep a low profile in parts and eventually move to a spot they regularly seen, sometimes it’s possible to find out where they came from, other times we can’t. Even north of Klaserie to Phalaborwa, some lions there barely seen or never seen.

Up north some are known in the most places people visit often. I find the biggest dead spot is by Mopani camp up north. I know one or two lions there by look but know nothing about them, nobody knows them really.

Further north of Punda Maria going towards border there aren’t lions there really.

I saw them making a big deal that a big male lion tracks were found in the northest part of Pafuri kruger a couple months back the first in decades or something.

But yeah most dominant males are known around known spots, just there’s some spots we could definitely learn more about.

Over 12 years old and they still look like prime lions. They were seen with a lioness and her cubs.
