Is this the future?  Dreadlocks De La Porte and the 6 younglings!!

Mods... I am pretty sure these guys are hanging around Skukuza, which I am pretty sure is still in Kruger.  Sorry if I am wrong, and I will move.

Dunno. Large coalitions tend to be unstable.

This coalition will be tough to deal with, if they can remain together. As @Duco Ndona mentioned, large coalitions tend to break into smaller coalitions, as some will surely not feel they are getting their fair share of meals or mating opportunities, so they breakaway. We shall see how these boys do moving forward, having Dreadlocks, I think has been helpful to them. He knows full well what he has in this large group, and they are able to learn things from him due to his experienced veteran status, even if he may not be the dominant one of the group at this stage.

Hippo Pools males. They've been doing a great job of keeping their territory secure as all their cubs with the two Mjejane lionesses are still alive.

Their heads are enormous, especially compared to that lioness. Are these boys still around? I ask, as in that image you posted from 2022 you can see that black mark on that male's shoulder, as we have been seeing on other males recently, including S8.

Nothing on them in a while.

They could have been ousted by Myambula males, as they are now seen in the area of H7 males.

Haven't seen any recent pic of these two boys apart from those posted from 2022. Would like think, they're still around, and that they're doing well and thriving.
