There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Already posted this in March but I will post it again cause unlike back then now I know for sure who the misterious male really is, I just figured it out.

Leandro noticed a wild cerrado Jaguar crossing the road next to Mati captive female enclosure ( which is located 1.2 km away from the sanctuary ) by its trails and pugmarks Leandro notices its a big cerrado male lured by the captive female that have been wondering around messing up the surrounds grass, he even tried to dig around the fences to get into Mati's enclosure, Leandro supposes it could be Rogério male or another one then he checks the camera traps to find out.

at -1:09 It is indeed Rogério wild Cerrado male lurking around Mati's enclosure.

Red Yaguarete
FULVIO, beautiful male we have followed since 2012 in the northern yungas of Salta. At that time he used to frequent the heights of El Nogalar, and in recent years it has moved and moved through the ravels of the Baritu National Park, although it also uses areas outside this magnificent protected area. Like all yaguareté, he's a great walker.

It looks like Adriano is getting old and you can see it in his more deteriorated build.

That's an old shot, he hasn't been seen in quite a while.
Like most males in the North, their reigns are short and sweet.

This is actually sad, he has most likely joined the line of powerful Pantanal kings who have passed away as well such as Fantasma and Sossego.

It's just the nature of the meeting of the 3 rivers.
The largest males come in after they've attained enough size and experience then they enjoy the spoils of this location but unfortunately they soon fall to another younger male that was in their position not so long ago. I prefer this course of nature, it's raw and untouched. "Survival of the fittest"

This poster for an event of Panthera regarding human-jaguar relations features a pretty robust specimen of unknown sex. This jaguar has the build of Kaziranga tiger if you ask me
