I'm trying to look for GM's last photos to find a resemblance. It's possible, it has been about 6 months and I don't think we saw him at a near-death state before disappearing..

It was said to be GM but I can't confirm that. But these wounds were bound to leave thick scars whoever it is.

Rob the Ranger confirmed, but GM healed quite nicely. I doubt it is him on that other picture.
Hairy belly was eating a buffalo at dulini. His body is looking better but his mane is falling as a signal of oldness. Ginger was resting not so far from him.

You can really tell the loss of his mane in this picture.
These two lion brothers had lost each other over the course of the night and this clip shows them reuniting after a morning of roaring to locate each other.
