There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Yea, i read numerous reports and i still dont know why they killed him...
One report said that he had a bad limp and was put down and another said that he entered the Camp and was threat to tourists, they where trying to chase him out but they did not succeed.. And they kill him.
Thats very "mistery" event, unfortunately i think another lion lost his life because of humans...

I saw quite a lot of reports saying that he entered the camp in very bad condition and was consequently a threat to those staying there.

But why they kill him, couldn't they just sedative him and put him out of the camp??

Think he was really bad condition and thus wouldn't be able to hunt. Think their reasoning would be he was a danger as he might go for humans as an easy meal.
