There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Any literature records or measurements of this specimen?

I wanted to compare this tiger to the Hasinger giant by scaling the shoulder widths of the men in the photo to be roughly equal. Clearly there has to be significant camera tricks and angles to make this unknown giant appear falsely larger. Even then, what in the world... I scaled the men to be smaller in the unknown tiger's photo and still it appear much large than Hasinger's tiger.:

@tigerluver, look at the rifle that is kept on his body. The tiger is so massive it looks like a bb gun. This is a monster tiger, very much one of the biggest ever to have been photographed. Unfortunately, I don’t know if it was ever measured.

His skull is easily the biggest (out of all tigers, siberian or otherwise, captive or non-captive). I really hope someone measured him.
