There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

"The golden light warmed us up yesterday afternoon after all the saturating rain...including the mating pair (Selati male and Ximhungwe female) who were far more active and soaking it all up!"
A light maned Selati 3 and Ximhungwe female back in 2012:

"For this Dazzle of Zebra the grass is definitely greener on the other side!
The 4 Selati males were found resting less than 800m from Leopard Hills lodge this morning after waking us all with their thunderous roars!"

The younger Selati brothers
The two beautiful youngest Selatis can be seen in this video roaring and making it clear who the authorities in the west of Sabi Sand are.
In the start of the video we can see Selati 4 and soon after Selati 3 lying down, who gets up and starts roaring!

Specialist buffalo hunters

"Schooled in the south east, roughly 40 kilometres away from here, amongst the herds of buffalo along the Sabie river, these males are experts at confronting the most formidable prey species Africa has to offer, head on!"
