There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Ginger Matimba had many cuts and scars on his face until recently but they seem to recover so fast and quickly as if they were never there face.

His recovering ability is what makes him such a healty Male at this old age with such a fresh face. Even Birmingham males don’t have a fresh as him despite being younger..

It has to do more about the interaction the lion has with lionesses, both in mating and more especifically in feeding time, than about the fights he's had with rival males.

Now of course we know he's had his fare share of girls alongside his brother, but it isn't hard to think that Hairy belly has had a bit more of that than him.

Playing devil's advocate, it could also be only the angle of the picture that make him look scarless.
