Shared by Richard Miller in 2010, he used to take photos of the Matimbas in that year.

Spot on.

They were born in 2006/07 [HB has born definitely in 2007]

If you mean the best shape of Hairy belly - then, considering he was born in 2007, HB was in his best condition approximately between 2012 to 2015 [He was 5 years old in 2012 and 8 in 2015] A male lion is considered to be in his 'prime' between the ages of six and eight and this is the time that his mane looks most impressive.

thank you bro sincerely , but there is a video of hairy belly with his brother ginger in 2015 or 2016 , you 've probably already seen it , but hairy belly was very thin and also seems to be " small " he looked like a lion of normal height , he did not look like hairy belly from before, but I think one of your best moments was when ndhuna your brother was still alive

Matimba males always had ups and downs. Often HB was looking skinny and not impressive as he used to be in his good days. But he always had a good appearance, a bulk tank!!

Matimbas had good genes for age, despite their difficult life after being ousted by Bboys, HB and Ginger ( who is some 6+ months older ) still were in their prime in 2016, by far Ginger's most impressive footage was from mid 2016 when he was dragging the giraffe in Londolozi, he looked out of this world, and HB was also in top condition in the same sighting, they entered 2017 also looking amazing, but after being injured and ousted by Matshipiri, becoming nomads and getting in other fights with Avocas, getting limps and what not, they were never the same again.

But anyway, I've come here to say I'm still of the opinion Ndhuna was the tallest!

By WildEart, Ndhuna and SN:

Sure HB was also taller than SN:

But Ndhuna always seemed taller than all the others to me even if some thinks some of the other photos with SN were misleading.

Ndhuna also didn't seem to be smaller in overall body size despite SN being very robust, some say the bulkiest after HB, Ndhuna in front of SN:

I think in height it goes Ndhuna > Ginger > HB > SN/WF and I've no idea about Shaka.

Considering everything and how Ndhuna was referred as the biggest once, I think he was the second biggest overall, thing is, even if he is taller than HB or maybe even longer ( here idk, HB is very long ), he can't match HB's weight, like in the photo shared above from prime HB in Nkorho, it's just ridiculous, his overall body size was massive, his bulkiness was out of this world, no way Ndhuna can match that, it's hard to find a lion that does.
