There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Maybe it’s the end of the road soon.   But what a road it’s been!    He’s lived up to his great name and his impact will remain for years and years to come.

The eye is telling many stories. The whole journey since 2014 ( when nomadic days started).

Nhenha - WARRIOR

So sad. If Nhenha wasn't that stubborn to keep insisting on fighting the PC boys with a partner that showed from the beginning, he wasn't ready for this fight.

Hurts to see him like this. Well, I don't think something like this has ever happened to him before so his overconfidence isn't that surprising in hindsight. His body was no longer in its prime but his mentality certainly was.

Unbelievable recovery by the old Birmingham, and considering how he walked all the way from Ulusaba to Dulini, I'd say he isn't at any risk anymore as long as he avoids PCM.

He is thin but honestly? I thought he was a goner and would be in much worse situation, he is in condition to be a scavenger and when he meets up with NK he'll be fine.

Tumbela will regret not having finish him off here but it was expected a nomad wouldn't attack Nhenha, Skorro Jr can't have the foresight that Nhenha will be a threat to him again.

Maybe Nhenha could be a friend for Skorro Jr. Who knows.

It seems more like an episode like what happened with limper than they became "friends"

It's also worth mentioning that PCM are close by in Leopard Hills.

If these lions don't move quickly in the opposite direction they can bump onto PCM and the only one able to run will be Skorro Jr.

Right now, sure, it is a similar situation. I'm saying in the future if Nhenha recovers from this and they meet again.

@Tr1x24 my judgement of a lion's condition is probably not good then, when I saw him ( and in Dulini ) I thought he was on the path of recovery, he walked a long distance with a badly injured leg and after a second attack.

Reading here that he is doomed surprised me.

That sighting of him walking and getting chased off a kill by PCM was what, 2 weeks ago or something, at that point he still had some strenght, despite injuries.

After that, he prob didn't eat at all (or did very little if he was lucky to find something), so as we said, with those kind of injuries, if you are alone, without constant food source, chances for recovering are very slim to none.
