There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

4KM coalition is formed by Lipstick and Blackie. Originally formed by four male, two are disappeared long time ago.

I don't think how many prides the Musketeers control. I think that other prepared members, they can help you.

Judy Lynn Malloch:
Portrait Of A King !!!

This was taken on one of our trips to the Masai Mara. We came across this male lion just before sunset and what a magnificent creature he was . Tthe male lions with the black mane are from the Serengeti and are easily distinguished from those that are found in the Masai as their manes are much lighter in color. It was starting to get dark so we only got a few images but so happy for the few moments we had.

Note: The pic is from 2014, so no idea who this lion is.

Beautiful male. He has the look of Blackie, but i don't think that it's his father. They are really similar.
