There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Yesterday 3 nomadic males had an encounter with Black Rock Pride, starting to roar, marking territory in the bushes and chasing a lioness who stood in front of them to protect her cubs

After this encounter, apparently two more nomadic lions appeared, but soon left with the arrival of one of the pride's males

It’s likely these males are the Black Rock males I was asking about the other day, would make sense why they’re causing havoc as the two pride males aren’t their fathers, they look like them too. It’s also thought they may have had an altercation with 1/2 Black Rock Pride males Manywele, as Oloiborr confronted them by himself today.

Do we know the outcome of Oloiborr's confronting them, alone, did he confront all 3, are they believed to have injured or killed Manywele? So many questions to your post...

He’s alive, and ye I believe Oloiborr confronted all of them but wasn’t a physical encounter, just heard him and ran off.

Ah, ok, thank you for that, my friend!

Totally unrelated, @KM600, in everything but the fact that it was captured in the Mara. Have you ever seen this video, of a hyena stuck inside an elephant carcass, with male lions outside the carcass? It remains, to this day, one of the funniest wildlife videos I have ever seen.
