There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

The Marsh Pride of Lions:
Over the weekend three of the Musketeers, Moran, Sikio and Scar were seen in the south Bila Shaka grasslands feeding on the remains of an elephant that had died a few days ago. Hunter was not with them. Photos courtesy of Moses Manduku, Governors Camp Head Driver-Guide.

I think he's around 8-9 years old. But I think it's the position of his lips that give that impression about the canines.

Maggy Meyer:
Here is the first photo for you. I searched a long time for a lion, his name is Earless, but I did not find him. In his area we found his friend. He was a long time ago one of the leaders of the Maji Ya Fisi Pride. He called Earless in the evening. He roared very long during the sunset, but there was no answer!

This lion is called Boxer Nose, he's the partner of Earless, the young son of Notch.
