Any updates on the Tsalala males? Any links to blogs or articles with their last confirmed sighting? I searched around but couldn't find any confirmation that they were the two electrocuted lions.

I searched around but couldn't find any confirmation that they were the two electrocuted lions. 3 Tooth was wondering around for quite some time without the other two so Im guessing it was a process of elimination ....... he was seen around March 20th but I havent seen him in any recent pics or posts ..... that is pretty worrisome because he was hanging around a danger area for a solo lion .... hopefully he shows up again ... ive got my fingers crossed and wishing him all the luck in the world

Hyenas were doing what they do best! The harassed the lions from every angle. We moved there and found that the hyenas had just made off with the remains, and had disappeared into the bush. We arrived at the same time as a young male - he was the young male that we spotted alone a few days back. The females and youngsters started to depart, and we followed with the male. He lagged behind the pride, and as they moved really quickly, the male relied on their scent to trail along behind them. As we travelled along with the male lion he vocalised regularly, contact calling the other pride members as he kept on their trail. He walked past our vehicle again and again, and finally we closed in on the pride. When the whole pride met up again next to a large dam, the male started with a long, thirst-quenching drink while we waited for him to return to the females. The females were very intrigued by the male as it transpired that he is actually not from that pride. Some of the females growled and tried to warn him away, but he was not deterred. The lions were all beautifully placed for photography on a rise on a small island and our cameras were very busy until another vehicle arrived and we made way to give them a turn at the sighting."  *This image is copyright of its original author
He already looks a lot like Golden Mane and should become even more similar looking as he grows older.
I hope to see him someday with beautiful big mane. Currently probably my fav young male lion. By the way, I heard that young Torchwood male visited djuma, couple days ago. Maybe he will join Mhangeni and Nkuhuma young male?
Torchwood male as for now is sticking with his brokaway pride and for now there is no adult male with that pride who could force him into nomadic life. It may take a lot of time before he starts his nomadic life and I don't think he will make coalition with Nkuhuma and Mhangeni boys.
