There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

What a beautiful specimen!
Sindzisa one of the Skorro males that have taken over the central area of Timbavati and are now seen with some females of the Mayambula/Vlak pride, the Skorro males were sired by the powerful Matimba male coalition.

Shindzela ranger: They both look to be on equal size but maybe the Torchwood might be slightly bigger. Haven't had a good chance to compare them yet.

The five Mayambula young males seen yesterday on a buffalo carcass in the H7 in Kruger National Park.
Apparently there were six, but the 6th escaped.

The Black dam male #1 at Singita Sabi Sands
Caption by the photographer: The “unknown” male lion that we spotted late Friday night a few minutes away from Castleton camp.

We saw this male staring at the Nkhuma male who looked nervous as he had just lost his coallition parter (Styx male).

This male lion has been seen around Singita and Londolozi over the past few days, possibly looking for a coalition or even a pride to take over for him self. He is around 4 years and already looking big for his age
