There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

One of the impressive Machaton males. The Machaton coalition surely has a history to be reckoned.
After dethroned the Mohlabetsi coalition of six, the Machaton coalition holds their territory since 2017, doing since then an excellent job as protectors of the Kudyela pride.

Some info from the ranger:

Theres 16 lions in total there, including 2 Ross males,1 young male, 5 adult lionesses (2~14,2~7 and 1 almost 4,young males sister) and 8 cubs, 5 females and 3 males ( 2=11 months, 2=year and 5 months and 4= year and 6 months).

Future stars of lion world, 2 out of 3 white lions in the wild:

Ross male Tyson :

Ranger said that Fabio is the nice one, while Tyson is not that nice, he said that hes actually scared of him when hes walking close to car.

Also he said that they control few more prides, as Birmingham breakaway (not Nharu, other one) and that they are very good at their job, keeping their territory and prides safe and under control.

Birmingham young male, still tolerated by the Ross males, no agression showed:

I found that he was born in 2011,so he is not that old yet. He is 2 years younger of his 4 brothers who joined 2 Avoca males and formed powerful Avoca/Giraffe coalition.

This young male is absolutely huge rangers said, he is only 3.7 yrs old, and already he is tall as 2 Ross males . Hope he makes it, he will be one of the biggest lions around when fully grown.

This is him with his brother trying to steal a kill from Red Road male (his half brother from Birmingham Breakaway pride) and Koppies young male in late 2018, they where only 2.5 yrs old then, idk what happen to his brother.

As Red Road male moved further south and away from Koppies pride, i hope that Birmingham young male again finds Koppies young male.
