Lions of Sabi Sands

Neither Gijima male has been named, that name was given by a photographer who gives names to the animals he photographs. You're probably not gonna get a South African lodge giving the animals Swahili names...

Looks like S8, and DM might have some concerns though. DM may need his brothers to help him, though I am not sure the three of them would be much resistance, with DM and Blondie's current condition.I know it will never happen, but S8 and DM would both benefit from banning together. Heck, I don't think all of the Talamati young males and DM would be able to resist those PC boys, those boys are rough.

Kinda agree, PC boys are getting too much reputation as "bad boys" of Sabi Sands based of that, while thats pretty much "normal behavior" for male lions, if they encounter female/sub who is too young for mating, or unavailable (pregnant/has cubs), or is protecting her cubs/subs, they will attack her and possibly even kill her (depends of situation).

I dont think anyone underrated N. Avocas, Mohawk/Blondie pretty much pushed around 2 Bboys (although Tinyo was quite old and rough looking at that point), killed some of their cubs, they stand their ground and fight against 4 Ndhzengas, but where heavily outnumbered. Also their territory is "clean" from nomadic males for years now, they react quickly on intruders (PC males tried some shenanigans but where chased of quickly).

Problem with N. Avocas atm is that they are split, DM is doing his own things, and out of duo, only Mohawk is 100% healthy and fit, Blondie is not getting any younger, so his condition will prob deterioate even more, so its big question mark how would Mohawk/Blondie fare against another, healthy duo.

But for now, looks like there is no challengers.
