He certainly took a beating and although the unknown males are younger and less experienced they certainly worked him over. I hope he fully recovers.
Btw those Skukuza males are not some young boys. They look like force that potentially can challange any of the currently dominant in SS coalitions right away. They deffinitelly can cause changes in lion dynamic in the region.

Every time I've seen an update for the PC male's they're looking larger everytime. The dark maned PC male in this clip looks enormous.
look at the lioness, just like her kambula sibling she is almost just as tall as the male lions, the mhangeni and kambulas are some big and aggressive girls.
