She behaves "strange" for couple of months now, distancing herself from the pride members and being on her own, which is behavior of old lions who will soon pass away, she is around 15 yrs old and absolute legend of Talamatis ( i mean she is Talamatis) and Sabi Sands.

Wide Nose with what it looks like is Kambula young female, 1 young female was also seen with Orange Eyes, it looks like oldest Kambula young females are coming into estrus, which is normal as they will be 4 in few months (slide 5):
