UPDATE ON OTHAWA BREAKAWAYS!:
By Dulini Private Game Reserve

"This afternoon we found two of the Othawa breakaways right in the heart of their natal area.
What was very interesting was that they were following the two Othawa females, who these youngsters have been separated away from for months!
The initial reaction from the two older Othawa females was slight aggression but it will be a very interesting few days to see what happens next and may we see the reunion of the young breakaway female back into the pride?

Good news as Gingerella would be a great asset for her mother and aunts, not so good news for her brother, as we know he is very likely to be alone now with the disappearance of Junior and his brother.

Poor youngster, It's obviously the best for the pride but It's going to be a real challenge for him to successfully hunt for himself if she rejoins. Hope we don't have to see him slowly starve to death.

He is at the age when he should be able to survive on his own (almost 3), but again, he lived his whole life in a gruop, and its a question how he will adapt now when he needs to be the lead hunter..

Two Othawa subadults seen today. According to Diff, they are not even far from their mother and aunts. Hopefully they will join up.

I guess that means the young male is largely following Gingerella around. I hope he isn't that attached to her.
She will be going home soon. But that same home no longer wants him.

He doesn't know that yet, hope he doesnt get killed or mortaly injured by Tumbelas/Othawas, because it would be hard for him to let go of his sister at this point, especially with no brothers with him anymore.
