I think this is great news: the young male benefits from the experience and HB gets the support. I hope the NK male sticks around.

Great find, as always, @Potato.

Great news!

We'll see if it last's this time, but i dont think Othawa pride will be too happy about this, they might see young male as a threat to the cubs.

Fun fact, HB is actually Grand uncle to Nkuhuma young male, as HB sister is mother to his fathers, bboys.

Hairy Belly was not with Othawas, it seems that he is busy hanging out with Nkuhuma young male.

Mhangeni lionesses are currently walking terror, they already had a fight with Othawas and killed 1 Southern lioness after that, those lionesses are very agressive just like their fathers Mapogos.

Mhangeni pride still in Savanna this morning :

Ranger said that Mhangenis are following and pushing Othawas from this area, they found Othawas tracks going north. It seems that Mhangeni pride wants this area in south of Western sector for themselves. We'll see if Hairy Belly will act and try to chase them away.

Well even with 3 females breaking away, still 10 left together is insanely large.

Sadly there is no males for them atm, 2 closest, Bboys and N. Avocas have already very large prides with cubs, so i doubt they will search for new females.
