Ok nevermind, just watched the Netflix documentory about Wild Babies. It has Kambula #1 and her 3 cubs she gave birth to in 2020. A bit sad knowing they all died
They appear in the first few episodes, towards the end you can start to see the mange on them.
It has some nice footage of the Kambulas (who they call the MalaMala Pride) and the bboys (who go unnamed)

Is there any way to watch it besides Netflix?

Nhenha and Nkuhuma Male found the limping Tumbela alone

"Lion activities have been awesome in the recent days in the Western sector ! The Birmingham male having had quite an argument with the big Tumbela is still around investigating the area along with the Nkuhuma male, despite his recent defeat. Later on this afternoon they found and strongly dominated Limpy, which was looking scaringly skinny and unable to defend himself. In a breathtaking showdown they left him behind and carried on at least for this time"

Oh no, any info about Limper's injuries? Looks like he was already in bad condition when they find him..

Dang, If only the Nwas finished the job. Things would be a lot easier in the western sector.

From my interpretation of the info, they dominated him and then moved on. Not mauled or badly beaten up at least! Well, i hope not!

Maybe he was in a condition they did not took him for a dominant male and treated liek a nomad to some extent.

Maybe the western sector will be a retiring ground once again, this time for Nhenha. With a younger partner he might have it in him to succeed with yet another round of cubs, the question is whether the females have enough time left. At least the Othawa females are unrelated (afaik) unlike most of the Sabi Sands at this point (including Tumbelas actually).

The whole area of Sabi Sands is in a flux, only Ndhzengas (the core of them being together that is) act liek a cornerstone and everything evolves around how they are doing.

Then as @RookiePundit said, his condition was prob that bad that this 2 didn't see him as a threat /dominant male, which is also not great news.

"The Young Rival

As daylight melts to darkness he slowly wakes from his slumber. Silently ascending a termite mound along with a crescent moon. He listens for the mighty roar of the current king.

Will tonight be the night of the assault? Two vs one..."

If this takeover does happen, all cubs will prolly die, which is bad for Othawa pride since then2 old Lionesses are 14+ years old. But there is on advantage, since PC boys are also trying to takeover this area, NYM and Nhena could possibly chase them off thus poviding more stabiliy

Actually, it would be better if PC males takekover now.

Imagen if NK and Nhenha takeover, sire cubs and then Nhenha dies/gets too old/weak and they get defeated by PC males in a year or so. Another generation of cubs would be lost..

But yea, nothing we can do about it.

Best possible outcome would be, if takeover happens, that Sassy takes the cubs and become nomadic, leaving 2 older females behind with new males. But then again, so young cubs would have tough tiime as nomads.
