The dominant coalition on MalaMala and likely one of the most successful coalitions of this area. Once five strong the coalition is now down to two. Although they’re starting to get pressure from younger males, these two are still without a doubt a force to tread carefully around.

This is good for Othawas if she and Aunty give birth soon, they need to take advantage of 2 old Aunties when they are still alive and raise another generation, they need numbers..
Good thing is that Tumbelas are quite passive, so subadult males can still be with the pride for some time..
The tumbela seem happy to just find a home and some lionesses at the minute
I remember hb and ginger where rather passive when they joined the othawa pride
In the Ntsevu Pride photo, the standing lioness on the left looks similar to Pretty Girl Mangheni and her littermate brother Big Boy! She could be sired by the same male and/or have the same mother. What a striking resemblance.

Often is more common see the resemblance between father and son.
An Example, The Ntsevu and Mangheni lioness probably were sired by the same male lion (Golden Mane.) their look like the same lionesses but they don't are
