Not 100% sure, but I believe this is the Nharu young male, son of Red Road. He looks like a cute boy here but he's quite developed, we saw that in Tintswalo video few months ago.

All of his sons have been really good looking young males. There was one, and I do not believe it was this one as the one I am referring to was more developed, but he was really filling out nicely for a male his age, and in height was near equal to his father.

Came to say exactly what @Ttimemarti just said. He had several sons, but one by one they seemingly disappeared, and he is now down to just this one.

Good to finally see some proper video footage again of the Nharu young male, "crooked mouth". Exciting to see how his life will play out and potentially see one of Red Road's sons make it as a succesful male. I am not sure about his exact age, but judging by his body development, if he would get ousted now by his father, he has some chance to make it; not a lion to get kicked around too easily by others anymore at this stage. Let's see - Sabi Sands has other young males he could potentially partner up with. Or perhaps the Orpen son of the Mbiri pride.

Orpen son is  younger than him.

This boy should be over 4 yrs old at this point, maybe 4.5 even.

I think first Nharu litters where born around March-April 2020, next litters few months later.

I don't want to create duplicate info on threads about a pride but, as @adamstocks16 also pointed out, Nharus were sighted (with the young male) in Djuma Sabi Sands as of October 20. See Sabi Sands thread. Very interesting to know why they ventured south and whether RRM is still in Manyeleti or not. And @Tr1x24 , thanks good to know his age - that seems like he is "ready" to get ousted (especially since all of RRM previous sons dissappeared earlier than this son, I believe).

Yeah will be interesting to follow his story, he’s a bit like Wonky Eye in the sense he’s instantly recognisable with that crooked mouth. Clearly he possesses a degree of resilience for him to be the sole survivor of Red Roads sons, although we aren’t sure what exactly happened to the others.

Orpen son young male, Mandevu and Mbiri pride. The Orpen son is a tall lion compared with Mandevu! Although Mandevu is a rather small lion, at least in terms of height; Ncile was always the bigger brother iirc. Anyways Orpen young male is looking very good. His mane is also growing nicely

Mandevu patrolling and roaring. Well fed, bulky. Source: Tintswalo guide.

so if I try to explain the situation around this lion, I think he still feels dominant over Mbiris and around that mid-northern territory of Manyeleti. He was in KNP for a few months but he returned, possibly after his brother Ncile died. I've been thinking if the Orpen son is now somehow part of a potential Mandevu - Orpen son coalition, because we saw them together as well, but I don't think that is the case. Almost all footage we see of the young Orpen male is him with the pride and even the cub a lot of the times. Have not seen him roaring or scent marking at all (although he was seen mating with a lioness when the pride had no dominant males).

At the same time we Mandevu with the pride but we also frequently see Mandevu alone and in this vid patrolling and roaring. Also it would be logical from Mandevu's point of view to see the Orpen son as part of the pride and not as a potential coalition partner; Orpen son was a cub when Tintswalo males ruled the pride last years. So they basically raised him. So to sum up, Mandevu is basically a solo coalition at this point, dominant over the Mbiri pride, with a (young) adult male that is taller than him, and that is definitely useful to him as we saw in the recent Mbiri - Nharu clash where he and Orpen son apparantly chased Red Road (and Mbiri cub died). But, ultimately, I would not expect this to be a sustainable situation. Either Orpen son gets ousted by a dominant Mandevu (for instance if he tries to mate when Mandevu is around) or the pride eventually may get pressure from the north by new males.
