I don't know about that.  I believe the guide clearly stated that one of them was WE. Even if there are 3, WE could be a brother/cousin to them.  Makes sense if he sticks with them mostly.  Not all coalition members will keep together as there's always a lone one that loves to wander it seems....

Looking very impressive! He resembles Jr a hella lot.

IIRC he has 2 younger male cousins right? Anyone knows the exact age of these 3? It'd be perfect for the Orpen son to have his 2 cousins forming a coalition with him eventually, if they aren't too young.

The Orpen Son was born February 2021.

One of the Boys and his sister  was born December 2021 and the youngest solo Boy was born April 2022.

I’ve asked Tristan about the two sons we never saw again. Also trying to get an accurate number of females.

He mentions two sons at this Sighting.

He said there were 6 or 7 lionesses at this sighting, and 11 members of the pride in total, not including Red Road. So that would add up to 2 original lionesses (Birmingham girls), 2 Thanda Impi daughters, 5 Red Road daughters and two sons.

But yes it would be good to get his official confirmation of the pride dynamics.

Anyone know who this male is? Says filmed in Manyeleti 6 years ago, so guessing 2018ish. Lion cared not one bit, that an entire herd was approaching him, and he then not only charges them all, he catches one, by himself, insane!
